Egg & Paneer khichadi

ingredients

    100g Paneer cut in small cubes.(Stir fried)
    1 cup leftover Rice
    1 cup leftover Dal
    2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
    2 Boiled Eggs
    2 Bay Leaves
    1/2" Cinnamon stick
    1 tsp Cumin Seeds
    1 tbsp Ghee
    Salt
    1 tsp chilli powder
    ½ tsp Haldi
    2 green Chillies
    Garam Masala

preparation method

Heat Ghee in a Frying Pan.
Add cumin and temper with Bay Leaves and Cinnamon.
Add ginger garlic paste.Saute for a min.
Now add the rice and the dal.
Add salt, little sugar,chopped green chillies, and saute the rice and dal.
Add 1/4th cup water
Mix well and let cook.When the rice and dal are in a khichdi consistency,add the light golden fried paneer cubes.Stir and cook for couple more minutes.
Add egg bhurji to it.
Sprinkle Garam masala
Have it hot with curd or raita.
