Garlic Shrimps

For those who enjoy sea food with a twist!


    6 tbs butter

    1 ½ - 2 pounds of large shrimp, cleaned properly

    4-6 garlic cloves (crushed and minced)

    ½ cup of chopped parsley (you can also make do with generous helping of the parsley dressing)

    2-3 tbs lemon juice

    Salt (for taste)

preparation method

Take a large skillet on medium heat and add the butter till it stops foaming. This can take 30-45 seconds.

Add the shrimp and the minced garlic into the heated butter and keep turning till the shrimp is completely pink. This could take about 5 minutes on both sides.

Add the chopped parsley, the lemon juice and the salt to taste.

Stir the whole mixture well, and then remove from the pan.

Serve it with some plain rice or salad.
