Kala Khatta Jaljeera


    2 tbsp green chutney

    1 tbsp crushed ice

    1 tsp roasted cumin powder

    1 tsp black salt

    1 tsp black pepper powder

    ½ lemon juice

    50 ml water

    Salt to taste

preparation method

In a big bowl , add green chutney , crushed ice , roasted cumin powder , black salt , black pepper powder , ½ lemon juice, water and salt  and mix well. Now, freeze this in the refrigerator. Now, roughly break the frozen ice into pieces , and pass through a mixi. Now, pour this into a glass, and insert a ‘teela’ into the glass; simultaneously pressing it with hands. Now, pour kala khatta over the glass and sprinkle some black salt and serve chilled.
