Mathura Aloo

    1. Ghee 50 gms
    2. Salt To Taste
    3. Red Chilli Powder 10 gms
    4. Garam Masala 10 gms
    5. Cumin Seeds 5 gms
    6 Carom Seeds 5 gms
    7 Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
    8 Meethi Seed Paste 1 tsp
    9 Besan 1 tbsp
    10 Aamchur Powder ¼ tsp
    11 Chopped Tomatoes 1 Nos
    12 Asafoetida 2 Pinch
    13 Green Chilli Chopped 2 Nos
    14 Grated Ginger 1 Inch
    15 Coriander – Finely Chopped 1 tbsp
    16 Boiled Potatoes 500 gms

preparation method

• In a deep pan add ghee. Add jeera, ajwain and Asafoetida. Add some chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, turmeric powder, meethi seed paste and besan and stir well.
• Now add chopped tomaotes, red chilli powder, amchur, salt and water. Still well and cook.
• Now add crushed boiled potatoes along with chopped coriander and salt and stir well. Let cook for a few minutes.
• Mathura aloo is ready. Serve along with Kachori.
