Paneer Til Tinka


    220 gms  paneer batons/finger size

    ½ tsp ginger paste

    Salt to taste

    1 tbsp Cashewnut paste

    1 tsp sesame seed paste (Optional )

    2  tbsp hung curd

    ½ tsp cardamom  powder

    1 tsp green chilli chopped

    1 tsp coriander fresh,chopped

    1 tbsp fresh cream

    ½ cup sesame seed-to coat (Toasted)

    Salt to taste

    Oil to deep fry.

    Satay sticks-10 nos

preparation method

Cut batons of paneer and keep aside.

In a bowl make paste with Cashew nut paste, sesame seed paste (optional), hung curd, elaichi powder, green chilli chopped , coriander fresh, cream & salt.

Skewer paneer batons with satay sticks.

Coat paneer batons with this paste / marination all around and coat toasted seasame seeds(white) all around the marinated paneer batons.


Serving Suggestions

    Shallow fry them till golden. Serve hot with chutney.
