Ragi Manni

ingredients

    SR.NO. INGREDIENTS Quantity
     1 Ghee 2 tbsp
    2 Ragi 1 cup
    3 Coconut paste 1 small bowl
    4 Jaggery 1 ½ tbsp
    5 Green cardamom powder Pinch
    6 Dry fruits ½ cup
    7 Pistachios For garnishing
    8 Chironji For garnishing
    9 Strawberry crush For garnishing

preparation method

Heat ghee in a deep pan
For ragi manni- And add ragi In it and sauté it
Now add coconut paste and little bit of water in it and let it cook for some time
After this add jaggery and green cardamom powder in it and sauté it properly
Now add dry fruits in it and mix properly
Now grease small bowls with ghee and add ragi manni in it and refrigerate it
When the refrigeration is done take ragi manni in a serving plate and garnish it with dry fruits and strawberry crush and serve
