Stuffed Kheera

This salad is perfect for a sunny afternoon.

ingredients

    Hung curd :- 1 tbsp

    Cream :- 1 tbsp

    Walnuts :- 1 tbsp

    Chopped olives :- 1 tbsp

    Chopped capsicum :- 1 tbsp

    Finely chopped coriander :- 1 tbsp

    Cucumber :- 1 Nos

    Tomato :- 1 Nos

    Salt to taste

    Black pepper powder

    Lemon juice :- 1 tbsp

preparation method

Mix together hung curd, cream mixture, walnuts, capsicum, olives and coriander in a bowl.

Peel a cucumber and cutting it into half, make it hollow from the centre, add the prepared filling to it. Garnish with walnuts.

Similarly, hollow a tomato and fill it with the mixture. Keep it in the middle of the prepared cucumbers and serve as required.

Serving Suggestions

    Garnish it with coriander and walnuts.
