Virgin Cider Mojito


    4 lemon wedges
    8-10 mint leaves
    2 tsp light brown sugar
    50 ml lemon aerated drink
    50 ml clear apple juice
    1 lemon slice
    2 apple slice
    1 cup crushed ice

preparation method

  1. Cut the lemon in the small pieces and put them in a glass, then add in mint leaves, juice of 1 lemon, brown sugar and muddle.
  2. Then add in the crushed ice, apple slice, lemon slice, and pour in the lemon aerated drink.
  3. Top the glass with clear apple juice and serve garnished with lemon slice.
