Wheat Flakes Bhel


    3 - 4 tbsp wheat flakes

    1 tbsp chopped tomato

    1 tbsp finely chopped onion

    1 tbsp boiled & chopped potato

    1 tbsp grated carrots

    1 tbsp chopped cucumbers

    ½ tsp finely chopped green chillies

    1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum

    ½ apple

    1 ½ tbsp sprouted moong

    1 tbsp Mint chutney

    1 tbsp tamarind chutney

    white and black salt to taste

preparation method

Put wheat flakes, finely chopped tomato, onion, potato, sprouted moong, carrot, cucumber, green chillies and capsicum in a bowl.

Add mint chutney, tamarind chutney and white & black slat. Add chopped apple and mix well.

Serving Suggestions

    Garnish it with chopped apple and capsicum.
