  • Fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), chopped 1 medium bunch
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Garlic, sliced 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Onions, sliced ½ cup
  • Tomatoes, sliced ½ cup
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Aloo, Gobhi, Methi (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat, add garlic and saute till light golden. Add mustard seeds and saute till they splutter.
  2. Add onions, tomatoes and cumin seeds and saute to till tomatoes become pulpy. Add red chilli powder and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add potatoes, cauliflower, fenugreek leaves and salt and mix well. Add ¼ cup water and cook till dry.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with rotis or paranthas.
