  • Black raisins 1 handful

  • Medium apple, roughly chopped 1
  • Medium orange, peeled and segments separated 1
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Medium carrot, peeled and roughly chopped 1
  • Beetroot, boiled, peeled and roughly chopped 1
  • Soya nuts 2 tbsps

How to Make High Energy Smoothie (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Put sesame seeds, almonds, black raisins, pomegranate kernels, apple, orange, honey, carrot, beetroot and soya nuts into a blender jar and blend till smooth.
  2. Transfer into a bowl and keep it in the refrigerator to chill.
  3. Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled.
