Andhra Chilli Tandoori Chicken


    1. Chicken, cut into pieces 1 whole
    2 Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
    3 Guntur chilli powder 1 tablespoon
    4 Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
    5 Salt  to taste
    6 ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    7 lime juice 1 tbsp
    8 salt to taste
    9 mint leaves 1 bunch
    10 Coriander leaves 1 bunch
    11 Green chillies, slitted 2
    12 hung curd 2 cups
    13 coriander powder 1 tsp
    14 garam masala 1 tbsp
    15 cumin powder 1 tsp
    16 red chilly powder 1 tsp
    17 salt to taste
    18 Olive oil 1 tsp

preparation method

1.For marination- add Turmeric powder ,Guntur chilli powder, Lemon Juice ,Salt to taste and mix it with the chicken. Keep it aside for sometime.
2.For 2nd marination – In a bowl add 1 bunch of mint leaves ,1 bunch coriander leaves , green chillies, hung curd ,coriander powder, garam masala ,cumin powder ,red chilly powder ,salt to taste and olive oil and mix well. Then add marinated chicken pieces to the bowl and mix well.
3.Then a pan add oil marinated chicken and cook till the chicken tenders.
4.For Sweet Potatoes- In a pan add olive oil, sweet potatoes, slices, fenugreek leaves powder and chaat masala and cook for some time.
5.Serve the sweet potatoes with the chicken.
