    Broken wheat                            ½ cup

    Onion, sliced                               ½ small

    Carrots, diced                              ¼ cup

    Green peas                                  ¼ cup

    Green chillies, chopped            1 tsp

    Coriander leaves, chopped       3 tsp

    Sunflower Oil                               1 tbsp

    Salt                                                 to taste

    Daliya                                              ½ cup

    Pyaz, katta hua                              ½ small

    Gajar ,kati hui                                ¼ cup

    Matar                                              ¼ cup

    Hari mirch,kati hui                      1 tsp

    Dhaniya patte,kate hue              3 tsp

    Tel                                                     1 tbsp

    Namak                                             swad anusar

preparation method

Heat the oil in a pan .
Add onion, green chillies.
Sauté till onion turn translucent.
Add carrots, green peas & stir fry.
Add salt, broken wheat& dry roast with the vegetables.
Add water & cook to done.
Finish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
