400 gms grated carrots 1 can milkmaid 100 gms fresh khoya 100 gms cream ½ cup chopped pistachios ½ tsp cardamom powder ½ cup chopped almonds
To begin with, put grated carrots in a pan. Then pour a full can milkmaid in the pan and let the mixture boil for sometime. Then add some fresh khoya and keep stirring. Once the halwa is ready, add some cream to it and blend it properly. Now transfer the smooth creamy mousse in the piping bag and cool it in the refrigerator. For plating, brim your martini glasses with milkmaid and then cover it with chopped pistachios. Once the mousse is chilled, pour (pipe it into ) them in these martini glasses. To add a hint of flavor, put a little cardamom powder. Decorate it with chopped almonds and Gajar Mousse is ready to serve.
