Macaroni Cutlet

Macaroni Cutlets are an interesting variation of the vegetable cutlets.


    Macaroni (boiled) :-½ packet
    Potatoes (boiled and mashed) :-½ kg
    Eggs :-4
    Chicken (boiled) :-250 gm
    Black pepper powder :-1 tbsp
    Green onions (chopped) :-½ bunch
    White cumin powder :-1 tbsp
    Bread crumbs :-2 cups
    Chinese salt :-½ tsp
    Garlic paste :-1 tbsp
    Salt :-To taste
    Oil :- for frying

preparation method

In a mixing bowl, combine macaroni, chicken and potatoes together.

Put the dark pepper powder, white cumin powder, chopped green onions,salt and Chinese salt. Mix well.

Take little mixture on your palm and shape into cutlets.

Now dip these prepared cutlets into well beaten eggs and then coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and deep fry the cutlets.

Serve hot.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
