Multi-Flavoured Cupcakes


    1 cup flour
    1 cup butter
    1 cup castor sugar
    ½ tsp vanilla essence
    2-4 eggs
    1 ½ whipped cream
    ½ tsp baking powder
    4 tbsp mint corasso
    4 tbsp strawberry crush

preparation method

In a big bowl, break two eggs in it.
Add sugar and butter in this bowl and beat this mixture till they are light and fluffy.
In a small bowl, take flour and baking powder and mix them well.
Add vanilla essence and the mixture of flour and baking powder in the big bowl.
Fold this mixture using cut n fold method.
Fill this mixture in paper moulds.
Put these moulds in the oven at 150 degree Celsius for 30-35 mins.
For icing mix strawberry crush and whipped cream in one bowl.
In another bowl, mix mint corasso and whipped cream.
Make layers of plain whipped cream, mint corasso and strawberry crush on the cupcakes.
Multi flavoured cupcakes is ready to serve.
