Paneer and Pineapple Salad
Paneer and Pineapple Salad is a dietary food with immense health benefits.
Lemon jelly: - 100 gm
Pineapple (cubed):- 2 cups
White vinegar: - 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper: - to taste
Chopped walnuts: - 2 tsp
Paneer (cubed):- 1 cup
Boiling water: - 2 cups
In a bowl, dissolve the jelly in hot boiling water.
In a mixer, blend 1 cup of pineapple cubes, pepper and salt.
Mix the blended mixture to the dissolved jelly.
Combine very little vinegar to it and stir well.
Keep this mixture in fridge until partially set.
When it is partially set, break up the jelly.
Add the remaining pineapple cubes, walnuts and paneer cubes.
Stir well to combine and then fill a mold with the prepared mixture.
Place the mold in a refrigerator until set.
Paneer and pineapple salad is ready.
Sprinkle chopped coriander and serve on a cabbage leaf.
