Sweet Corn Chicken Soup


    1 cup boiled corn
    ½ cup chicken stock
    1 tsp garlic
    1 tsp leek
    1 tbsp carrot
    1 tbsp cabbage
    1 cup chicken
    1 tsp ketchup
    1 tsp soya sauce
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp egg white

preparation method

To make sweet corn chicken soup the healthier way

1.Add boiled corn and chicken stock to a blender and make a puree. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, spring onions, leeks, carrots, cabbage, chicken and cook well.
2.Add the corn puree, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, chicken stock, salt, pepper, and some egg white to it.
3.Cook well and garnish with spring onions
