    Mayonnaise, 1/4 cup

    Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon

    Onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon

    Salt, 1/8 teaspoon

    Powdered black pepper to taste

    Basilleaves, thinly sliced, 10

    1 tomato, finely sliced

    Lettuce, 4 leaves

    English muffins, split and browned, 4

Combine together black pepper, salt, onion powder, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise and eggs in a mixing bowl. Immerse the basil leaves in the egg mixture. Now place the tomato slices along with lettuce leaves on top of English muffins. Squirt the vegetables with the egg mixture and serve.
