Yogurt and mixed Berry Parfait


    1 Granola 1 cup
    2 Greek Yogurt 1 cup
    3 Honey, to taste
    4 Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries,Raspberries,etc..) 1 cup
    5 Sugar 2 tsp

preparation method

1. Toss the berries with sugar and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. You can add some lemon or orange zest for added flavor.
2. You can buy store bough flavored yogurt. If not flavor your yogurt with some honey.
3. Take 2 tall glasses.
4. Layer each glass with 1 tbsp of yogurt followed by 1 tbsp of berries and then with 1 tbsp of granola.
5. Repeat the process till you reach the top of the glass.
6. Serve immediately.
