Fat Free Corn Bread
Fat Free Corn Bread makes your meal a delightful treat.
All-purpose flour: - 1 cup
Yellow corn meal: - 1 cup
Sugar: - ¼ cup
Baking powder: - 1 tbsp
Salt: - 1 tsp
Fat-free milk: - 1 cup
Egg whites: - 4
Apple sauce: - ¼ cup
9-inch baking pan
Preheat microwave to 400◦ C and spray a 9-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix the sugar, cornmeal, salt, baking powder and flour together.
In another bowl, mix the egg whites, apple sauce and milk.
Transfer the apple sauce mixture into the mixture of flour. Stir until moistened.
Pour batter into prepared pan and keep it in a microwave.
Bake for 25 minutes and then take out.
Keep aside for 10 minutes and then transfer bread onto a rack.
Once cooled, cut into slices and serve.
Serve with spaghetti or pizza or soup.
