Kohlrabi and Egg Noodles
A Hungarian delicacy that your friends and family would savor at any time of the day.
Egg noodles (like No Yolks®), 4 cups
Butter or margarine, 2 tablespoons
Grated kohlrabi, 3 cups
Pounded black pepper and salt to taste
Add water and salt in a large pot and bring it to boil. Now add the egg noodles in the boiling water and keep stirring till the noodles become al dente. Now drain the excess water. Heat skillet over medium flame and thaw butter. Mix pepper, salt, kohlrabi and keep cooking till the kohlrabi becomes tender. Mix the drained egg noodles in the tender kohlrabi and keep stirring till the egg noodles are fried slightly. Serve.
