Mushroom Baby Corn Masala
Baby corn mushroom masala is a delicious and spicy North Indian recipe.
Mushrooms (halved) :- 250 gm.
Tomatoes (chopped) :- 3
Onion (chopped) :- 1
Capsicum (chopped) :- 1
Baby Corn (halved) :- 100 gm.
Ginger Paste :- ½ tsp.
Garlic Paste :- 1 tsp.
Green Chilies (chopped) :- 2
Red Chili Powder :- 1 tsp.
Turmeric Powder :- ½ tsp.
Garam Masala :- 1 tsp.
Salt :- to taste
Oil :- 1 tbsp.
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Deep bottomed pan
In a deep bottomed pan, heat oil and put onions. Fry until transparent.
Mix the ginger-garlic paste to it and simmer for about two minutes.
Combine the red chili powder and green chilies to it.
Put the tomatoes to it and keep simmering for around five minutes.
Add the garam masala, turmeric powder and salt to it. Stir well.
Add baby corn, capsicum and mushrooms to it. Mix well and stir for 5 minutes.
Switch off the heat and garnish with chopped coriander.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with roti.
