Shepherd’s Pie


    1. Olive oil 1tsp
    2 onion 1 cup
    3 celery ½ cup
    4 carrot 1 cup2
    5 lamb ½ kg
    6 Salt to taste 1 cup
    7 red wine  1 cup
    8 Del monte tomato and basil sauce 2 cup
    9 potatoes 2-3
    10 Butter 4 tbsp
    11 Cream 1 cup
    12 Blackpepper 1/4thtsp
    13 Salt to taste
    14 Del monte spaghetti 10gms
    15   Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp

preparation method

1.In a pan add olive oil , onions celery carrot,minced lamb salt to taste red wine delmonte tomato and basil sauce . Now cook till the lamb gets tender .
2.Meanwhile make make mashed potatoes . For that minch boiled pototoes. Then in a bowl add minced potatoes , butter, cream ,blackpepper and salt . Mix all the ingredients well.
3.Then add delmonte spaghetti pasta , oilve oil and salt in boiling water. Cook till the pasta softenes. Once the pasta is ready , drain the water.
4.Then, in a baking dish add a layer of cooked lamb .Then top it with boiled delmonte spaghetti , and mashed potatoes .At then end, sprinkle breadcumbs over the mashed potatoes.
5.Place the Bake dish in the oven . Bake at 200 degree celsius preheated oven for 15 mins and serve hot.
