Orange Glazed Carrots

Quite easy to make carrot delicacy which can also be served on special occasions.

 

ingredients

    Baby carrots - 1 pound

    Orange juice – ¼ cup

    Brown sugar - 3 tbsp

    Butter - 2 tbsp

    Salt - 1 pinch

In a shallow saucepan, place the carrots and cover the pan with water. Boil the carrots till they become soft. Drain excess water and put the carrots back in the pan. Now put orange juice over the cooked carrots and toss well. Let it boil over medium flame for at least five minutes. Add butter and brown sugar and sprinkle salt as you require. Cook till sugar and butter have completely melted.

Serving Suggestions

    Serve immediately.
