Palak Paneer



    Spinach, chopped-1½ cup

    Low Fat Paneer, diced-½ cup

    Onion, finely chopped-¾ cup

    Tomato Puree-1 cup

    Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp

    Green Chillies, slit-2-3

    Cumin Seeds -1 tsp

    Turmeric Powder -½ tsp

    Red Chilli Powder-½ tsp

    Garam Masala-½ tsp

    Sugar-½ tsp

    Refined Oil-1 tbsp

    Salt-to taste


    Palak, kata hua -1½ cup

    Paneer, kata hua -½ cup

    Pyaaj, bareek kata hua -¾ cup

    Tamatar ki puree-1 cup

    Lehsun-Adrak ka paste-1 tsp

    Hari mirche, beech mein se kati hui -2-3

    Jeersa -1 tsp

    Haldi Powder -½ tsp

    Lal mirch powder  -½ tsp

    Garam Masala-½ tsp

    Cheeni -½ tsp

    Refined tel -1 tbsp

    Namak- swad anusar

preparation method

Blanch spinach for 2-3 minutes.

Wash under cold water. Grind to a puree in mixer.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds, onion to golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste. Season with turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.

Now add tomato puree, green chillies and stir.

Once tomatoes are cooked, add spinach puree and mix.

Add low fat paneer, garam masala and sugar.

Cover for 2 minutes and cook paneer in gravy.

Garnish with green chillies and serve hot.
