Paprika Potatoes are tasty and easy to prepare. You can prepare these for lunch or dinner as a crunchy side dish. You can serve it with all kinds of meat.
Large potatoes - pared, cooked and sliced, 4
Butter or margarine, 3 tablespoons
Paprika, 1/2 teaspoon
Steadily stir fry the potatoes in a large skillet in butter till they turn golden brown in color. Drizzle with paprika. Serve.
